What does an hour cost?
NOK 1,490 excl. VAT. Assessments and pilots have a fixed price; see the advisory page.
Do we have to buy your products to get advice?
No. Most of the advisory work is about processes and systems the firm already has.
Can we start with one client or one department?
Yes, and we recommend it. A pilot runs on a limited selection while the rest of the firm carries on as before, and you see the effect before deciding on more.
The products
Where is client data stored?
In Europe, isolated per firm. AI calls go to Anthropic with a budget cap per firm, and the AI provider does not train on the data.
Can we connect our own accounting system?
Kapasativ integrates with PowerOffice Go. Kogniflow reads from the most common Norwegian finance systems. Ask us about yours.
Does the documentation hold up for the auditor and quality control?
The checks are documented per client with traceability to vouchers and postings, so the auditor and quality control can follow them. The judgements are still made by an authorised accountant; the agents do the groundwork.
Security and privacy
What about confidentiality and a data processing agreement?
We sign a data processing agreement before any client data is processed. Access is controlled per firm and per user, and everything done in the data is logged.
